As we approach the end of 2024, I am filled with gratitude for the remarkable achievements of Evondos. It has been a year of significant growth, expansion, and recognition, all of which have been made possible by the dedication and hard work of our incredible team and the trust you have put in us as customers.

Impressive Growth and Expansion of automated medicine dispensing
This year, Evondos experienced nearly 30% growth, a testament to our collective commitment to improving medication safety and adherence through our offering, whether it is for Evondos or Medido service. Our growth is not just a number; it reflects the increasing trust and reliance that you, our customers, put on our services. Together we have helped more and more individuals to have access to safe and reliable medication management.
Of course, we have had our share of challenges during the year, but our teams have done their best to ensure as smooth as possible service to you regardless. It is our firm belief that this is where the trust is earned.
Entry into the UK Market
Our solutions are widely used in the Nordics and the Netherlands. As a company we believe we can help clients beyond these markets and one of the most exciting developments of 2024 was our entry into the UK. We are proud to have welcomed our first customers at Medway by Kyndi, where our solutions have already begun to make a significant difference in individuals’ lives. The feedback from Kyndi has been overwhelmingly positive, with case stories highlighting the importance of medication safety and adherence.
Recognition as a Great Place to Work
I am also delighted with the Great Place to Work certificate for our Finnish, Swedish, and Norwegian country companies, while recognizing the very high level of response rate in the Dutch organization. This recognition is a reflection of our commitment to fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Our employees are the heart of our company, and their well-being and satisfaction are paramount to our success. We believe that a happy and motivated team is essential for delivering the best possible service to our customers. Being a workplace where people feel valued continues to be an important focus area.
Looking Ahead to 2025
As we look forward to 2025, we remain dedicated to our mission of enabling independent life at home with the updated vision to be the Trusted partner for meaningful home healthcare. We will continue to innovate and expand our services, such as Vitacam technology, and not to forget the continuous development of Medido and Evondos services.
